Take a Mental Health Break...... and make time for yourself

We live in a busy world, and increasingly more so, one where we find ourselves 'inside', with working from home becoming the norm now. The benefits of being outside, nature, exercise, fresh air have long been documented and known to improve our well-being and mental health.
​
With this in mind, we have designed an opportunity for you and your teams to meet outside, share nature, learn skills such as camp building, navigation skills. A space and opportunity to team build, relax and learn.
